This service is available to those with Community Service Cards and those who would otherwise GENUINELY struggle with the cost.
Conditions:
- You must be the owner of the dog
- You need to be able to bring your dog to Blenheim or Kaikoura
If desexing your dog is a cost you can manage then please do not apply as our limited funds need to go towards those who are in true need.
This service is not available to breeders and purebreds/designer dogs purchased from a breeder.
